Goodness…what a beautiful day this was. I was honored to photograph these two as they exchanged vows in one of the sweetest, most intimate ceremonies ever. Don’t get me wrong, big weddings can be wonderful. But there’s something about the simplicity and minimalism in intimate ceremonies. It’s easy to focus on the reason for the event: LOVE.

I love seeing couples grow, overcome trials together, and still choose each other at the end of the day. It’s real. It’s beautiful. It’s life. It’s relationship.

Lake Wales Maternity: Bok Tower Gardens

I know I’ve said it a million times but I LOVE sessions at Bok Tower Gardens. It’s my favorite local location to shoot. I also go there often with my own family just to enjoy the beauty it has to offer. So when Katherine inquired about a session there, about two hours drive time for her, I was all about it! If Florida has taught me anything, it’s that there’s always a chance of rain. That didn’t stop us from having fun and taking some lovely photos of that growing bump! <3 Here are just a few…

Whole Story Package: Newborn & Family (part 3 of 3)

Gosh, I can’t believe it’s finally time to share this last one for the Reed Family. Time flies!

The Newborn & Family session: Photographing this family at their home was just a special as the maternity and birth session. As with all Whole Story clients, we feel more like friends and family at this point. Seeing this new family again, and getting to love on baby Cooper was the best. He is SO dang precious, am I right?!

That’s the beauty of the Whole Story Package…you get to see parts of the different chapters. I’ve said it once and I will say it again (okay maybe a few times)…I LOVE the Whole Story Package. There’s something so special and so sacred about being a part of a new family’s journey into parenthood. Capturing milestones of each family is something I truly treasure. I believe these are memories they’ll forever reflect on and never regret having photographed.
